I can’t seem to get the webinar to play. The title page shows but when I click on play, nothing happens. Is there a setting I need to adjust.

PS – I was thrilled that you sent this out. I wasn’t able to attend the live on was I was travelling back home from a business trip.
Please try again. For some reason, the first few seconds are black, but if you hear the sound, then all is fine – the video will come on in a second or two.
Doesn’t play for me on a Mac using Safari version 5. Browser gets a web server error 503, forbidden.
Still won’t seem to play. I am anxiously awaiting.

The webinar plays OK for me. I notice a few seconds of empty black screen, but you can hear the sound track and the picture comes in OK after that.
Not playing for me. message reads Task queue failed…
I was able to access via my iPhone. Pretty cool.

Thanks for this audio…I enjoyed relistening to it since I missed the beginning of it and also I had to participate via phone and didn’t get the screen shots initially. THANKS so much! Having just read your book Never Eat Alone, I found that this was a great followup to it. I appreciate your work!

I was able to watch this right away and am impressed by the depth of the content. I’m only about 1/3 in and have already learned some really important truths. I wish the audio quality was just a little better, but no matter I’ll be viewing and listening to this again. Thank you, Keith, for sharing this information to help me have better social capital!
